Complaints Procedure

If you are concerned about the service that has been provided by a clinical hypnotherapist listed on the Australian National Hypnotherapy Register (ANHR) , to you or your next of kin, please talk to the practitioner immediately. In most cases, the practitioner will try to resolve the issue. If you are not satisfied with the practitioner’s response, please contact the practitioner’s professional association for a confidential discussion.

 

The CCH may become involved in a complaints procedure under the following conditions:

 

(1) at the request of a Member Association of the CCH and

(2) at the request of a member of the public and/or other relevant party.
